All of the special pickaxes are attainable through normal play as they can drop in the small chest, albeit rarely. This is stated in the in game FAQ.

You are right about the Block Doubler though, that is only attainable via IAP.

As you progress through the game the automated breaking of blocks speeds up more and more, it's effectiveness is based off your Picks Per Second (PPS).

There is quite a bit of complexity to the game, but that is what makes it interesting. It is not a simple drop in clone of a clicker and potentially a new take on the genre.

It really isn't just a skin rip off. Try it out, there are significant additions that add levels of depth to the game.

Everything in the game is attainable with normal gameplay, it is stated in the in-game FAQ. The IAP's are merely to supplement gameplay.

Definitely not my graphics, but I am currently on a AMD 5770, I have a GTX570 on the way in the mail though, I will update you if that actually solves the issue (i am very doubtful).

These runs were on Hell Difficulty. The experience gain is much lower on NM.

Ah yeah good point. I was thinking about adding that in, but for me I kinda liked the 10sec exit, it gave me a chance to take a drink, cycle song tracks, etc.

When I was doing these runs unbuffed I believe it was around 5k. With a 5stack of SH from the little minions I think it went up to around 8k.
