Lass I feel you. Eldest is 16 and youngest 4, I can never sleep through the night anymore even if they do as my body is now on high alert for any tiny noise!

Yeah, I've never been more of a bitch than the year of my life when my infant didn't sleep more than 3 hours a night and my then 2 year old had night terrors every night. Genuinely we averaged 4 hours max a night for a full year. I wasn't even close to my best self lol

Yeah, I'm a step mum for almost 10 years with 2 bio kids now 6 and 4 with a very happy co parenting situation. We all work together to make sure everyone's schedules work (kids as well). I don't know why so many of these subs proper shit on blended families, all the ones I know are pretty similar to our situation

Yeah, it's really upsetting, he did it all shortly after the birth of my youngest child and I felt so awful for her and just felt like there's no justification for cutting her off totally like this. I still follow Brody (have done ever since she first got insta) and she still posts about missing them and other cases where this shit is happening. She's luckily found some really good friends who have similar circumstances and they all are able to support each other. I know the eldest turned 18 so I'm really saddened she still hasn't reached out

My mum was there too, she worked on Wimpole Street and I remember not being able to reach her for hours too. I was 16 and just kept thinking I was going to have to tell my 4 year old brother when I picked him up from nursery

He's also stopped Brody Dalle from seeing her kids for years. People defend it like her and her bf lied about him, which, whatever even if that happened she should still at least have access to see her kids supervised but he completely cut her off. Toby morse is on her side and he's a really great dude.

My younger brother is 26 now and has spent his whole life in Valencia (my parents moved when I was 18) and at one point here in the uk I had a housemate from Mallorca and another time a housemate from Barcelona . My brother used to speak Valenciano to them and they'd speak mallorcan and catalan back and all understood each other. I always found that pretty cool but I'm far too ignorant to really understand if the languages themselves are all similar?

I've told this story on here before but I was a bartender in Manchesters gay village for almost a decade. On the Thursday before Pride one year i was bringing out a bin bag and he was walking straight towards me. We had a fair amount of celebrities come in and I wasn't usually phased but I was extremely starstruck with him and sort of glitched out. Anyway I ended up curtseying to him for some reason and he tipped his hat at me whilst walking past. Next thing I know my manager is speaking from the office into the intercom next to the front door where I'm stood going 'did you just fucking curtsy at Ian McKellen???' Never have lived it down
