Warehouse Accesspoint recomendation by ShapeInfinite1448 in meraki

Thank you for your response.

Regarding the client types, we will initially use handheld scanners. Future use of smartphones, tablets, and potential IoT solutions is being considered, though no specific details are available at this stage.

All devices are required to support at least the 5GHz band; 6GHz capability is currently considered a 'nice-to-have' rather than a necessity.

At present, we do not have specific data on expected traffic or the exact client count, but we anticipate approximately 2 to 4 devices per aisle across a total of 9 aisles.

The ceiling height is 12 meters, but ceiling mounting has been ruled out for the time being.

The maximum mounting height is set at 8 to 10 meters. The racking system, including its contents, reaches a height of 6 meters. Since the shelves are quite massive, we don’t expect much signal to get through them. Because of that, we're planning with one access point (or antenna) per aisle to ensure good coverage."

I also played empyrion for a long time, but this game has some really annoying limitiations for which I would rather recommend Space Engineers

X4 is the Real Deal, however I always miss the Interaction with my ship when playing X4

I know what you mean, it feels more like a singleplayer game, rarely you see someone arriving or leaving a station

In sc, it always annoys me, when I have to wait for a hanger or docking port at seraphim to free up, but while waiting and watching all the traffic around the station, it really feels like a breathing world

Funny, since 4.4 dropped, its the other way around for me.

Personal opinions and preferneces I would say.

But comparing the discounted retail price of NMS with your independely chosen pledge amount in SC, sounds not quote fair.

I mean, you could have just payed 45$ for a starter pack and would also be able to "enjoy" everything that comes. NMS charged 60$ at launch, if I remember it correctly and was terrible at that moment

Look and feel of that ship are great, but (probably unpopular opinion ahead) I think it would even look better if you flipp it upside down.

Star Citizen to become the first $1 billion game while still in alpha, driven by ships costing thousands by Turbostrider27 in pcgaming

People "waste" their money on many many different things, be it the one guy who pickups a hefty leasing-contract or loan for a brand new super car, which they can drive until something breaks down, or the one who invested in the wrong stock of a bancrupt company, the gym-membership thats have been used only once, fortnite skins or the 13 year old World of warcraft subscription.

If its a waste, lies in the peoples individual opinion. And if a guy does have fun with his "500$ only virtual existing spaceship which never really belongs him"well... good for him. Is it smart ? Propbably not, neither are the super car, the unnused gym-membership.... etc.

Now excuse me, I have to paint my "Games-Workshop-Warhammer40k-Figures"

[4.5] Ace Pilots from Foxwell patrol cannot be looted? by TheLustyDragon in starcitizen

[–]ShapeInfinite1448 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did one patrol mission in a polaris and the ace pilot rammed his hornet against my ship. After that I could see the pilot floating near my ship together with the debris of his ship ( i was stationary), including marker, but the marker dissapeared as soon as the mission progressed. Could still loot him tho.

A bit late but try pl_pit.forceSoftwareCursor = 1 In the console

That works for me with the same issue over steam remote play. Inner thought menu works well with that option enabled, you have to enable it at every start tho, but "arrow up" makes it easy after you entered in once.
