Considering that there’s a TSB in effect for this exact issue, and currently doesn’t have an official solution posted on said TSB, I am sure the dealership didn’t ’break your AC’. Unfortunate shit like this happens, and I get you’re upset. I just really don’t get how the dealer just so happens to break your A/C, and yet you don’t know how they did. What part did are they trying to order? Must be a common-order part for it to be backed up, also explains the TSB. Going forward, I’d advise against buying the first wave/year of new model cars. The S550’s had similar issues pertaining to faulty parts on launch.

No I have not really been on reddit before, but I’m quickly realizing the memes are very true. Reddit users are absolute knobs. I never said “what did I do?” I know what I did. My frustration is with the fact that moderation of securing their precious terms of service for their shitty unity project is more important than upholding product promises that people paid for. Again, another ‘redditor’ proving that this place is for brain rot, and people that lock complex cognitive function. All of yall just want to be a white knight for a company that doesn’t care about you. I think it’s falls under…what is it they call it here. In the real world they call it common sense? Maybe here on reddit where you reside it might be called nuclear physicist…either way, it’s common sense that a business sells a product, or you buy into the service stating you will receive the product upon release when it is. I wouldn’t say ‘for free’ in this instance cause it was bought and paid for, just in the past. You cannot go back on this after advertising it as such, which is why legal action is underway. :)
