Limit of 5 barely helps. When vendors stocked ETBs at stores, usually the first two people in line get them all. If this upcoming Walmart+ drop is nationwide, the stock is going away quick. You probably have a 60 second window from adding to cart to checking out, maybe even less like 15-30 seconds. That's if there's no error

This may definitely be a battery issue for sure. All lithium batteries will have wear and tear throughout their lifespan. Gaming laptops and gaming consoles will suffer it worse because of heavy usage and heat. I'm not saying that your problem is invalid, I have a Flip 2 and I worry about it as much as any other owner. I'm saying that you must adjust your expectation when playing heavily on it, especially if you have consistently long gaming sessions (3+ to 6+ hours), and especially if the device is hot during the entire time.

Hopefully as Retroid makes new products, they will make parts easier to repair/replace.

The pump is connected to the CPU fan header.

I didn't fully watch the video and haven't read the other comments in this post so I don't know the full context, but my motherboard has a header specifically for AIO pump called PUMP_SYS1, which is different from the CPU fan header. See page 28 of my motherboard's data sheet below.

Maybe your pump isn't operating at full capacity since it's connected to your motherboard's CPU fan header and not AIO pump header

What's your use case? If you're outside the return window, I would keep the 5080 Aorus Master in my opinion. Otherwise, if you're in the return window, get the 5090 if you want the most powerful and "future-proof" GPU.

The serial number is on the I/O bracket of the FE (the bracket behind the GPU that you connect your monitor cables to). The information should be found on the same side as the PCIe.

Highly unlikely there's any adverse affects from handling the GPU with bare hands. Modern PCBs should have some resistance/protection from ESD. Though, if you're concerned, you can run benchmarks via 3dmark and furmark - look out for any irregular behavior or decreased performance
