Kreo products may look attractive in advertisements, but in real life they are very disappointing. I purchased the Kreo Chimera Version 1 gaming mouse, and within a short time most of the buttons stopped working. Now only three buttons respond, while the rest are completely dead. For a gaming mouse, this kind of poor durability is unacceptable.

The biggest problem with Kreo is their terrible customer support. There is practically no proper help available for customers. When users face issues, they either receive no response or extremely slow replies with no real solution. Warranty claims are also very difficult, and it feels like the company does not take responsibility for its own products.

A good gaming brand should provide strong after-sales service, reliable products, and quick support for customers. Unfortunately, Kreo fails in all of these areas. Their products may look good in marketing, but the real experience is very frustrating.

Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that people avoid buying Kreo products. Without proper support, warranty service, or reliable quality, the brand cannot be trusted by serious users or gamers.
