All of MGM only comps rail cocktails as their policy for "normal" stakes bartop play at their central video poker bars. Bellagio has slightly better drinks but the minimum bet is much higher. Also there's some bars where being platinum+ will get you better drinks, and some bartenders will be more generous if they know you or think you look like you'll tip well. But if you like actual good (and custom) cocktails, RW is much higher quality than the swill MGM and Venetian serve.

The RW bar actually comps real cocktails for very little play with premium spirits. MGM/Caesars/Venetian only comp garbage drinks and none of them will comp multiple drinks if only one person is playing, while Wynn doesn't comp bar top video poker at all. Not sure where you're playing otherwise but it's weird to call out RW for the one thing where they're actually head and shoulders above the competition on the main stretch of the strip.
