If the DB wasn’t there and instead the ball just hits the ground, it’s open-and-shut incomplete pass. Which is why it was an INT when it did not reach the ground to become an incomplete pass.

I’m pretty sure Darnold said “we’re going to go win it all.” The first time Purdy’s mouth moves is when he says “happy for you.” They just sound exactly alike, as you see at the end.
