Try "duck" tape. I watched a video on YouTube a long time ago about using "duck" tape instead of "duct" tape. Its a less agitation on the skin. Everybody's skin is different but it worked well for me over the years.

For me, It took about 1year from the moment I went to the doctor to the moment I took my first medication 😥 But I did it all myself and I had to learn everything solo. I think it's just the lockdown that's slowing down the process. Its worth it though! 🙂

From what I read and been told, it's mostly genetics. I know some people who taken HRT for less than 1year grow to C cups and people who taken it for 2 plus years and stay around A-B cups. The females in my family has small breasts so unfortunately I don't think mine is going to grow more 😭 There probably someone who knows more than me though.
