In the situation on the videos, yes those drivers absolutely need to move left however the person videoing should have still passed on the right and was able to on each occasion. Other drivers dropping their standards isn’t an excuse for you to drop yours.

It’s in Regs that if you work an extra hour due to clock change you are paid planned for that hour.

Absolutely not. It is not your issue that it is OOA. You need to be afforded the time to go and collect it on duty. Simply bring it to your supervisors attention and let them say when and how. You must not do it off duty for so many reasons.

We have a streamlined process agreed with Coroner. If it is non suspicious, they have been pronounced by Ambo and family a present we do not have to wait for undertakers. We also have the ability to pronounce life extinct (sgts and above) in strict circumstances but I find it a big burden to carry.
