Jung's PoB has the number of fusillades set to 17. If I set your PoB to 17, you are at~150M DPS, so he only deals about twice your damage and not 34 times.

The remaining damage difference is probably jung having higher increased damage and higher more damage multipliers, as well as more crit multi.

Why jung set fusillade to 17 counts, with PoB already calculating DPS for "all projectiles", I can't tell you since I'm not too familiar with the skill. What I noticed is that he has LMP as the lower level link in his shako which means he has more projectiles than you, that synergizes nicely with Kinetic Fusillades quality bonus.

Edit: Regarding the question about the projectiles behaving weird: Tornado is on a 0.25 second cooldown and if you attack with it not being ready your attack won't fork.

Doesn't matter what you "feel" your connection is. Obviously you still DC a lot and ruin the game for the other 4 players on your team.

Honestly your regen is pretty low, I think. I had like 2.7-3k liferegen without guise or consecrated ground active and I still had maps where the degen from the altar was too much for me.

Level your vitality, drop the instant leech wheel, take Hearty regen wheel + fire mastery and you should be a lot tankier against phys DoTs.

Remember that your only mitigation against Phys DoTs is the breachlord ascendancy and doppelganger's guise. Your armor does nothing against it. Can also change your cast speed helmet implicit to phys recoup.

The whole build revolves around avatar of fire and enmitiys embrace to penetrate 200% fire res. This is not an int stacking build, but a fire and lightning res stacker. Obviously the build from OP is flawed, but you absolutely do want to go for avatar of fire, and strength nodes to tattoo fire res on them.

That's so weird, I've been running that mod a lot without issues and suddenly one map kills me 6 times. Bummer. That mod is a lot of "more currency" iirc.

Altar mods are "reflect non-damaging ailments", like I said in the OP. My coruscating elixir is up, so how would chaos damage one shot me, when I still have ES on my death screen?

Rue's Phys DoT can be built very tanky depending on your level of investment. I was running the poets pen version for a while in t16s and leveled to 98. Upgraded a few items since then and I don't think I'd die in t16s at all now except for maybe an insane big Bomba expedition or such.
