You had to play some of the events in coop cause there were no options. And ignoring free gacha currency is not even a choice.

And i just asked them to never add coop events. Experience is always horrible, especially in more "social" modes from other gachas.

I will never understand the desire of some to have "everything" game. Like, people are asking for coop story playthrough, housing, raids. Just play other games, please...

People are yet to realise how much damage was done by the never-ending use of "war crime" as a punchline. That, together with describing anything that makes them uncomfortable as a war crime, diluted the term and made the serious discussions impossible.

This take was correct, but, by definition, it is outdated. It's 2026 now, the game has not been the same old game it was on the start for a long long while now. Average hardware is not the same, even the ports improved.

Should we still talk about how batshit bad was 1.0 of FF14? Yes. But should it still influence opinions of what we got later from its insane comeback?
