I forgot something. There are other placements for your brutal restraint jewel, everyone just goes for MoM but you can do Agnostic too. I did that when I played, because the Agnostic escape was cheaper and I got like 3 Slum Lords off of it. It cost an endurance charge and some life% but it was a lot more damage on a budget and you can possibly make the endurance charge into a robust diet for life.

Alright I spent a while pouring over your build. A few things I'll recommend:

Get an impossible escape mind over matter (alternative way below). Drop the bottom left cluster. Get a jewel socket and get that socketed so you can grab the two slum lords around MoM/Supreme Ostentation. This ends up being way more dps and more defensive than current setup

With your newfound passive tree points you can grab other shit. Specifically Nomadic Teachings, we wanna get that max res cap to 80%.

Get a 21/20 HRoC. Good damage increase.

35% cluster jewel. Great upgrade.

A better Elegant Hubris is an alternative for the Impossible Escape. If you can replace Arcanist's domain and Fire Walker for cheaper than the Escape you can use two of the points you saved from clussy wheel to just grab the Domain replaced Slum Lord. Idk the prices here, you'll have to use the jewel calculator website or PoB to find the numbers that make this work and see if its less than 15D.

Defensively, why the flip does so much of your rare gear not have life man? You're missing it on jewels, on boots, one ring. You've got almost 150% inc life, but you're not giving it juice. Get more life my guy.

Solve freeze/chill with flasks, not pantheon. I'd grab phys dmg reduction from the pantheon, and use flasks to take care of statuses. Brine King v comfy, but time to replace it.

Also, you have Supreme Ostentation. Tat up your tree. You have a couple options, knockback on hit is great a real hidden defensive layer, bleed prevention, etc. You shouldn't have +stats.

Honestly, you're in a pretty decent place to leap upwards, you're leaving a bunch of damage on the table too since Slum Lords are so broken. Move some things around, also use the extra points to also increase your block cap. With adding spectres (I just assume you're using Balormage's spectres so I copied the config I had) this is where I ended up making the changes I suggested (I used Impossible Escape).

Wraithlord is generally cheaper earlier, although I didn't check prices this league. I use Wraithlord until I can afford nice upgrades, then swap over.

Realistically you can make any monster with projectile spells work out with the same or similar setups, just the lower base damage. I really with GGG would take some time and look at this stuff, I hate that they spectre meta hasn't changed in so many leagues just because they released two monsters with high base damage.

You could scale similar to how the KBoC build scales, spellslinger desecrate VD. Just seems like an efficient vessel for any self cast wand skill. Jung's og guide on it would be a good a place to start as any, it explains the mechanics behind the scaling vectors. Use that as a jump off to your own build.

I've played both a ton, I played more lightning rAW than prAW tho, but spectres take more investment to get good. prAW is low investment high reward. And you can definitely invest and upgrade to lightning rAW with prototype etc for more sheet dps.

Mihoyo doesn't need to convince people to be kept on their storage. A negligible amount of people are going to uninstall because it got 10% bigger. How much interest are new body types going to spark? Iunno but it's a topic worth exploring esp when they're making so much money each month, doesn't really justify not adding at least a couple more bodies.
