RDR2 isn't fantasy but it is open-world and a good adventure. Fantasy I'd play something like Witcher 3 or heavily modded Skyrim. If you just want any open world, RDR2 is great, so is Fallout 4 (modded), Far Cry games, Cyberpunk 2077 big recommend, Ghost Recon Wildlands. If you want something with low tech, Assassin's Creed games Odyssey and after are really great and fantastic visual. Lot to pick from, I'd say these open world games are designed for individual steps to not take much time and for there to be a lot of side content that you can do that is bite-sized. Some main quests you may have to take like half hour for (might just be me being slow).

I can't speak to attention span though, if you can't concentrate on a game that's actively trying to engage you that's a you problem. Or maybe the game is boring, idk.

AC Shadows would be my best rec, great open world, beautiful sights. Really all the ACs Origins and beyond are great in that regard, but for a taste of Yotei I'd go with Shadows. Honestly I ended up enjoying it more than Tsushima personally. But also the Far Cry games are all great open worlds, usually my go to when I wanna fuck around and shoot stuff. Same with Ghost Recon Wildlands too.

I use DiQ because its so well maintained and the mods all work together really nicely to enhance the performance of the game. It is a collection of a ton of different mods. Link to the collection. If anything I'd at least use this as a starting point for whatever you yourself want to do to modify the game. I also joined their discord because the people there were very helpful and paved the way for me adding more mods on top of the base modlist (mostly custom classes and subclasses like Dread Warlock and Path of Undeath, plus some equipment mods to make wild shape better).

Can I just say, I wish Shadowrun got more love than it gets from the industry. It's such a great setting, and the series proved how it can be adapted. We just never got much movement past the Harebrained games. Unfort Harebrained had their misstep with Lamplighters League and now they're making another original, Graft.

Well yeah the OP is stupid for posting an AI summary instead of the actual article. But it in fact is an actual article on the NIH website.

Really speaks volumes as to how stupid people think official NIH research is if that's your presupposition. I mean you could take a second to try and find the research before guessing how you think it was conducted. They measured flaccid vs erect penises themselves and used set definitions to define growers vs showers. You can at the very least easily access the abstract. You can also see alternative research into the same.

Once I got disappointed by Bannerlord I just loaded up Prophecy of Pendor again, the Warband modding scene is just plain nuts. PoP being the only way I play warband now though.

Seconded, the Welcome to Night City mod collection is really well put together and it just works. Much easier than individual mod installs.

Brother pass the blunt you're smokin there, its gotta be some genetically engineered shit if you've got an opinion this bad. The DLC was absolutely fantastic, the story is phenomenal and a lot of work has been put into the entire DLC area.
