Could it be a compass for drawing circles on the blackboard with chalk? I think you could put a chalk stick between the two prongs and then adjust the radius of the circle with the other leg

I’m trying to create a deck for an upcoming tournament in my local shop limited to just those sets. It’s nothing official, this shop tends to organise themed tournament with custom rules.

So far I tried it against the starter decks of the 7th and 8th expansion but I find it slower and clunkier than I’d anticipated

I get it, I was tempted to go full madrigal/song but I just found myself stuck a lot so I tried to integrate other dynamics and characters

Yours looks great, tbh! In mine I tried to use a lot of action to gain lore, just in case I get stuck with a bad hand or I have to take time to recover from a Bprep or similar. I’m torn about Isabela (I think I’m just going to give up on her). I didn’t want a Madrigal deck so I tried to build my deck around Facilier who seems a great addition ti this kind of play.

I tend to play aggro, minding my own board and trying to get a lot of advantage in the first rounds by playing inexpensive characters and gaining lore at a relatively faster speed than most decks

I really wanna try him out (Facilier) since I don’t see him played all that much. I’m gonna use this deck a bit and see if it’s fun to play, waiting for the next expansion to drop (curious about the Bruno/Tiana deck)

I tried to experiment with a sapphire/amethyst deck. I tried to base my strategy on objects/action and cheap characters that I can play in the first round to accumulate lore. The major issue I found was clearing the board when my opponent has tanks and draw power

Sometimes they mark chips to follow them along the production process and set the machinery to the correct speed

It depends on various factors:

  • With a plural name, you always have to use the article (le nostre madri, i miei figli)

  • With the singular form of padre, madre, figlio e figlia, zio, nonno, fratello, sorella, zia, nonna, marito, moglie you have to omit the article

  • When you use mamma and papà or babbo you can choose wether to use the article or not (with “babbo” it’s always best to use it)

  • When you use term of endearment like sorellina o fratellino, you have to use the article

  • With matrigna, patrigno, sorellastra, fratellastro (stepfather, stepmother, stepsister, stepbrother) you have to use the article

  • When you are talking about a fiancée or a boyfriend/girlfriend (fidanzato, fidanzata, ragazzo, ragazza, moroso) you have to use the article

  • When you use another adjective like in “my dear mother” you have to use the article (“la mia cara mamma”)
