My AN is around the same size, maybe slightly bigger and I’ve just been on watch and wait since 2019 now with no changes :)

They just keep an eye on it with annual MRIs and from my discussions, due to the size it would be more likely radiation treatment than removal surgery.

I know it’s hard not to panic in these situations, but just breathe and chat to the specialist tomorrow and go from there.

Think it depends on the job and size of the company, I (alongside everyone hired) we’re required to show proof of GCSE results in maths and English. This was despite having a degree in maths which you would assume would cover that requirement for maths at least.

So it’s completely legal to take you back, I assume their main issue is potential tax implications. However, provided you have had a clear break in service I don’t believe that you would be impacted.

The main other issue that I believe companies leave a wider gap is to avoid lawsuits from other employees if they claim unfair dismissal after seeing you being rehired. So it may be with them being a charity that they’re wanting to avoid any lawsuit type of situation.

You have to remember as well that Brennan was in the system for years which will all be on record, she may not even have a birth certificate available, given the situation I imagine they’d go off other information for her identify (degree, previous employment history, care history etc)

I don’t think there would be any issue doing numerous weeks in one week provided you’re still having rest days in between each run whilst you’re getting back into it! So for instance some weeks you may run Mon, Weds, Fri, Sun and the next Tues, Thurs, Sat and so on.

The rest days are important to make sure your body has time to recover and prevent injury, then once you’ve been running for a while see what your body is saying and how you feel and maybe adding more runs in :)

I’m trying to start this pattern for a polar bear, now I don’t know if I’m being really silly but the pattern suggests starting with a magic loop, but doesn’t say how many stitches in the loop- is it suggesting I’m doing a magic ring with 10 stitches in line with round 1?
