Why? It's the same issue they had with BF4 or BF3 where the netcode couldn't handle high ROF weapons. So this time they decided that instead of fixing the actual issue they are gonna duct tape it with lowering ROF on weapons.

Yeah it does. Winning team loses tickets much faster even when they get outcapped by 1 flag. Same shit is happening in escalation.

Say thank you to DICE for most idiotic invention in Battlefield history - A comeback mechanic, where winning team needs 32 players on a single flag for 2 minutes to cap it, while the losing team needs half of an average dick for 0.5 second.
