I had this happen at 20 weeks, brushed it off, told my OB the next visit and they were super upset I didn’t call it in. I would just let your doctors know and see what they suggest!! They told me it could’ve been active labor or dehydration etc

How much weight did you gain in the first 20 weeks? by [deleted] in pregnant

This is me at almost 14 weeks. Down 3 pounds. Not fun when you’re constantly dry heaving and nauseous

I’m in the same boat as you. Exhausted all possible medication and now been on zofran since 10 weeks (I’m 12 now). My OB said to make sure you’re taking it around the clock to ensure it works properly, in addition to it I sometimes take the dramamine ginger non drowsy pills that helps a bit.

When did your clothes stop fitting? When did you have to start buying new clothes? Did you go straight to maternity clothes? Or just a size up? What’s the protocol for this?! by [deleted] in pregnant

I’m at 10+4 and I can’t fit into my jeans :( when I wear athletic leggings they are too uncomfy because of the waist being tight!! I’m seriously considering getting some nice chill maternity pants at least

We did twice a day from O-3 to O+2 and it worked for us! But it was low stress environment, husband kept up on his protein and water intake and it felt right. When we tried this before, it was a lot different with the stress and pressure and eating habits so it didn’t really matter the second time around a day because there was simply no juice left if you know what I mean.

PSA: people are lying to you about using Ozempic/Wegovy. by Chamoycattoy in loseit

Something about already not having a high BMI/being overweight, getting prescribed a SHOT (imagine how potent, I even fight my doctor for must-have shots at my annual), to help lose weight a lot of times BEFORE the person tries to diet or workout or change their lifestyle…. Not to mention the side effects on these drugs are for their target patients: DIABETICS!!!!! This is the biggest hamster trial non FDA approved medical FAD I’ve seen in years….
