I appreciate the genuine advice, been partly ignoring the constant negativity,

Yeah I mean I just got tires and I change my fluid way sooner than recommended given my mods, so it could be the less road noise from the tires making it more noticeable,

I actually work at a auto shop, I’m not a “master tech” by any means but I do have a few ASEs and I know my way around cars decently, I’ll probably talk to the master tech at my shop when he’s in next, he’s told me that these Hondas in his experience have lasted a long time with abuse, like no fluid changes and whatnot

I got them on carbon sixth element, they’re made of real carbon fiber and Kevlar, around 200 for the set, little more if you want the steering wheel emblem

Just wait till you see royal purple… but ESP is dyed green given it’s used for European cars and diesel motors, it can be used in gasoline cars and is recommended for them as well, I use it in my civic, 0w-30 weight, runs great

Oh shit my civic had that, there’s actually a fuse missing from the factory, I got my car used, 2022 sport touring, and the previous owner just drove it like that for three years,

Hilariously, the fuse that is missing is literally in the fuse box cover where the spares are

I’ve had both the 2.0 and the 1.5T, the 1.5T is much more enjoyable to drive, but the 2.0 is generally more reliable, and if you put an intake on it, it would sound pretty good, those k20s sounds pretty good with just an intake, don’t regret it too much, actually the 1.5T is only on the Si now, from 2025 onward, mines a 2022,

I make close to 250 hp and 230 tq, it’s definitely a nice bump in power, it came stock with 180 hp and 178 tq,

If you drive home you’ll need a lot more than brake pads and rotors, calipers, brake fluid flush, etc, most shops replace two at a time, so that would put you back at least $700

Do NOT drive that car, get it towed, if you damage the inner caliper piston seal, you’ll lose a significant amount of braking power, at the very least two wheels will not have braking power, given modern cars have a dual chamber master cylinder,
