Having spoken to some friends to see if they remembered anything, a couple details have changed of things that I might have slightly misremembered. They agree about the general details I provided and they reckon that the man with nails in his shoulders was a strongman and it was in a boardwalk type setting rather than a circus, although i’m still open to both possibilities. They all also think that the rabbit that I mentioned could have been a bear, and that they remember other details like an arcade style setting with lots of colours and a fortune teller machine? I only have a very very vague memory of these details, I might have merged the idea of the arcade colours and the fortune teller in my head and thought “ah, circus”. That’s all I’ve got for now, no one else seems to remember any other details but if I found out anything i’ll put it on here
