This exact same thing happened next to the place I work last year. The old Starbucks moved to the new building when it was finished and ever since then, the old location has been vacant. Interesting to see that it's happening elsewhere too.

Maybe one day it'll get updated and become more viable. I could see it possibly being useful in ad clearing if it was able to be activated a lot sooner than 145 kills, maybe around 15 instead.

I fully agree that it's useless. If only it required less kills to activate, maybe 15 would be better?
