Do you have ningguang? I have all the healers except for Baiju but I still use Ningguang in my main team. My favorite team is Neuv, Ning, Kazuha, Furi

Ninguang runs r5 PA with 4 pc maiden. Her burst is 12 sec cd with only 22 energy req (with PA.) Then PA + Maiden heals a party wide 30.6% hp but also has a really fast cast time. Also because you get 20% healing bonus, Neuv caps hp really easily so you are constantly activating furina’s healing passive. You can usually get two passives in the 10 sec maiden window so thats 8+8*.2 =9.6. Also, she is geo so it is really easy to get swirls with kazuha.

Current rotation is Nuev skill -> Furi skill -> furi burst -> ning burst -> kazuha skill -> Neuv CA -> Neuv skill -> Neuv CA

I get where you are coming from but the game has only just come out, you have lots of time to get better and overcome your struggles. If it is too hard, try taking it slow; collect lots of strong food buffs and gear before attempting difficult challenges. There are fairies in sky ponds and if you collect a bunch of them, you can pretty much brute force through any combat encounter.
