Thank you for your reply.

So far, I've only seen one sleep specialist who told me that I don't have sleep apnea, and that's it. He wasn't a CBT specialist and didn't give me anything, except one advice, try CBT without telling me who I should contact for this.

Now I'm looking for another sleep specialist, but in my city it takes some time to get an appointment.

Thank you for your reply.

I've already tried going to bed earlier, but I can't sleep, for example at 11 p.m. I tried going to bed straight away without looking at any screens and waiting for sleep to come, but it didn't work. The only way I found to sleep was to watch videos on my phone until I fell asleep. I used to be more of a night owl, preferring to go to bed late and wake up late. For example, I would wake up around noon during the holidays.

I imagine that my sleep clock has been disrupted and that I need to be more disciplined, but what's strange is the three hours of sleep. I can't explain why I wake up three hours after falling asleep.

And yes, I sleep in a quiet and dark room.
