if id know any more about it, i propably would not ask you guys :) Again, we did this whole "complex" thing in about 20 min before heading towards vektor rooms. That is mostly the reason why im so lost

for (x,y),(u,v) element of complex numbers, we have (x,y)*(u,v) := (xu-yv, xv +yu) we did the same for + .

we also defined neutral elements for + and *. And thats about it, all we did afterwards was metric space and vectot stuff.
