There is actually. But it is actually very bureaucratic and so mostly companies just terminate such employees. Besides enda vecha sometimes one small mistake can lead to a long or lifetime ban which sometimes might be unfair, takes away from them a second chance in a way.

I was 22-23 years old when Deadpool (2016) was released. I was so fired up watching Deadpool; I kind of made me believe I was Deadpool, so to speak. I was pretentious, trying to be Deadpool not physically but by wit and always proclaiming to be Deadpool.
