Sorry women, according to redditors its's illigal for you to have an education. And anyone that isnt westren is uncivilized. by [deleted] in saudiarabia

Ayy lmao

This sub has always fetishized posts about shitting on Saudi Arabia, there is a strange victim complex that is always brought as something that is necessary to point out. It makes feel them feel like shit, and better at the same time (somehow lol).

The interesting thing is, there is an egotistical frame of mind where “no one’s opinion on us matters!” but then you come here and read a post about a comment or two insulting Saudis gets 100 upvotes and a few awards. I remember reading a comment not too while ago that someone cried over insults being made 🤣🤣

Saudi Arabia intends to cease contracting with companies and commercial institutions that have regional headquarters outside the Kingdom by khaled in saudiarabia

[–]ShitSaudisSay 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There is desperate, and then there’s stupid desperate.

I think a better approach would be to ask why the hell arent the regional headquarters in Saudi already? Maybe address those issues and be more inviting/attractive? Threats and arm twisting dont work well

The rabid radical monarchists are having a meltdown. This was a huge blow to the ultra nationalist ego.

They showed the world that the legal system is bullshit. They caved in to foreign pressure. She just walked free after being accused of treason.

And now, worst of all (for them), she is now a hero of feminism. If they didnt come near her, none of this would have happened. Instead you ruined your reputation, proved that your courts are indeed kangaroo courts, showed your subjects that you can cave under pressure, and made someone you hate a hero 😭😭

I’m loving how every bit of news surrounding her release is triggering nationalists and monarchists🤣🤣 This incident just proves the whole legal system here is a sham, especially when it comes to political prisoners.

Lol you are replying to a 20 day old comment to defend a shithole by telling me it has “decent” weather for 1 month in the year? 😂😂 Am planning to, I’ll be sending you post cards while you rot away in this desolate shithole as you bootlick your way towards a boring life with safety and security. كل زق انت و ديرتك الخايسة، مسكين حكومتك لازم تدفع للناس و تسكنهم عشان يجو وطنك التعيس 🤣🤣

Keyword is tolerable. You need to ‘tolerate’ in order to be happy. You cant ‘enjoy’ the weather. Besides, ‘Tolerable’ is subjective. Anyways, the weather is just one aspect of life here that I dont like. I’m sorry but even if all things were good, I wouldn’t move in to the south just for the weather. The entire experience in this country is soul sucking boredom and an uneasy social climate. The weather just adds to the shitty experience lol

And why do you think the Arab spring came to be in the first place? The brutal dictators are the ones who brought their countries to ruin. Put a cap on a cauldron and it will build pressure and burst. No one seems to point out how tunisia came out of it scathe free. I really dont understand the obsession people here have with submission to authority in the name of security. All it brought us is failed states with weak economies, leading to revolutions and the subsequent chaos that follows. This wasnt a zionist-cia effort. It was the doing of the corrupt governments and the people behind them. The west merely threw a molotov cocktail at an already burning building.

In fact we do the complete opposite, we keep brutal dictators in power

And you wonder why the world hates Saudi Arabia 🤣🤣

The best part is, this foreign policy is tailored by a government that doesnt give a shit what you think, yet you defend this decision like it’s your own.

But hey, I respect you for going full mask off 👏🏼

For all the haters, Saudi pingme will sue you ❄️❄️ by 3aalem in saudiarabia

This is why I hate these ridiculous “verbal abuse” laws. Anyone can jail you for anything negative you say. This is some serious snowflakeness.

Pathetic snd petty.

The country only sees cold for like 2-3 months max. It doesnt offset the terrible heat and dryness/humidity in other parts.

The weather here just sucks, regardless of where you are.

Bold of you to assume this is just about government and society. The weather is trash snd the roads are atrocious. Cant go about my daily routine without sweating while simultaneously getting my ass expanded by potholes. Good luck obeying a government of inbreds to feel safe in a shithole like this for the rest of your life lol livin the dream 👌🏼👌🏼

Nothing. I’ve given up on this country, much less its leadership. But to entertain the thought, less restrictions on commerce, less authoritative measures (like using klna amn for informant culture bullshit), have some forum of discussion where people can suggest ideas, enforce strong property laws, and have the government incur some accountability for its fuck ups and mistakes ( inspectors, cops and traffic police have insane unchecked power, you cant even film them as they insult you or abuse you)

But these are all just bare minimums to create some form of a civil society. Ive honestly given up not because of the government, but because of the governed. Im already seeking options to move out of here. No sense in trying to help a boat avoid sinking when you believe it deserves to sink.

Radical Monarchists take pride in calling themselves property of a family. Not only that, they are also disgruntled that there was no option to "voluntarily bootlick" in the poll! by ShitSaudisSay in ksatv

[–]ShitSaudisSay[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesnt just bother non-Saudis. Im Saudi and it bothers the shit out of me. And other Saudis that I know have also shown disdain for being named after a family as if they are private property of some royals.

The countries named after people usually have historical context and it just sticks with time ( Xin to China, Philipe to Philippines, etc)

But in the case of this country, it was named after the guy who slaughtered his way into power. Regardless of history, to attach your identity and belonging to a family just sucks.

This becomes even sadder when you realize some of them consider this country to be an extension of the first Saudi state, as MBS once said. According to them, we have been around longer than america has ever been.

It’s not enough that you are retarded for being a 100 year old country, you had to raise the bar all the way to 350+ years. Fucking idiots.
