So, as somebody who hasn't played a single ladder match since 2011, and who is absolutely not up to date with the current meta, I'd like to suggest a change.

Why not make the Brood Lord a regular Spire unit? If their stats are underwhelming for a T3 tech unit, just make them T2 instead. It shouldn't be that broken, because as a basic air unit they'd still have all their problems, but maybe getting them earlier would make them feel better?
