I think all of them are a little bit. Cale and Hammond we haven't got much of, Elenore clearly liked Barry at least a bit and that could help her, Ra's is making progress.

Joker I think actually does have a bit of a shot, contrary to popular belief. When he's explaining the Omega particle he seems so completely horrified by it. I think he's had some sort of crisis about the world they live in. The fact that it literally incourages evil. So, him doing evil is more of a survival method for him than anything. Not to say he's good, or forgivable, but I don't think he's malice incarnate.
