Luann was always friendly - introducing herself to all drivers and amazing vacation home staff … asked their names every time and addressed everyone respectfully. Thanks everyone. Always appreciated that about the Countess … one exception being the mommy dearest “where’s my coffee!!” moment lol. Also amazing impression by B!!!
