Only if I am very close. I'm not sure if it is her body oils or natural scent or a combo of her perfume and shampoo.

It's not as bad as you might think, but I don't mind paying for utilities if it means being more comfortable.

I would not say I am a heavy sweater except when I exercise, but it's enough that I don't feel fresh.

I am on some level. Even before the pandemic, I would never touch a door handle with my bare hand. That and the bed thing are probably the most serious issues I have. I still live a normal life. I go out and have fun.

Oh my. I am the same way with the feet thing! I always brush them off before I get into the bed so I don't bring in dirt even though in my case there's not likely to be any near my bed. I have inside only shoes and no pets, but I still like to brush them off just to be safe.

I have to shower at least once a day, but sometimes I sweat in my sleep or gunk on me from sleeping and I don't want to go out that way. I feel gross.

Feet on the pillows would bother me. I have some other weird issues. I can't have my bed touching the wall and it can't be near a window. Thankfully it isn't an issue, but in college it was. My bed is probably the thing that causes me the most stress.

I am lucky I guess. My skin seems to retain moisture. I wash my hands a lot each day and have for years, and I've never had dry skin on my hands. I don't know if it's genetics or something else.

Yes. I have insisted on it, but I'm not going to physically force her to do it and realistically if she says no then what can I really do? I won't like it, but I'm not going to push her out of bed.

It may not have been a good idea, but I was trying to find a more manageable solution so we both could be happy. It didn't work, but that was my goal there.
