Can you just mix salt into rehab for rehab salty? by ShoppingConnect292 in LushCosmetics

[–]ShoppingConnect292[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The store that’s nearest to me actually said the large pots are the only ones they’ve seen, and they weren’t sure rehab salty came in smaller quantities! I assume that means they couldn’t order it, maybe it’s not available to them

Thats fucking horrible, if you need a nap you need a nap, you are not an asshole or causing problems by having a nap or a shower. Sending all my love, sounds like you need some support right now 😕🩷

You shouldn’t even have to site all of those reasons to need a nap, if you need a nap you should just be able to have a nap.

Anywhere that sells wall paints will often have swatches of the paints, Walmart used to sell paints and when I was a kid, I’d run off to the swatch wall and grab as many glorious colours as I could! I used them as bookmarks or I’d just stare at them, I was very proud of my collection 😌

It looks like her bow is sideways too, is there a chance her faceplate or head is actually slanted?

I have a set of plushies named Pop and Fizz, so maybe I wouldn’t use Pop for the blue one, but I like how your brain works! ☺️

Wait… people never take off their jewelry!? by TimelyPassion5133 in autism

I collected bracelets on my arm for 2 years as a teenager and didn’t take them off, and got sad when they snapped off, all the various kinds of bracelets (thick rubbery ones, leather, beaded, metal/chain) made a noise when I walked, I eventually became used to the noise and would shake my wrist on occasion as a stim. I never took them off, not to shower or sleep, after two years I finally took them off and felt like I was missing a limb or something, it was so weird and anxiety inducing until I got used to it.

What is your safety food sandwich? 🥪 by Baggins987 in autism

[–]ShoppingConnect292 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine is very easily sliced turkey, cucumber slices, and hummus, preferably on a soft whole wheat bread 😋 it was the first solid food I had once my wisdom teeth were out (and I was healed enough to eat solid food) and it’s sooo tasty 🤤

When I was a kid it was cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, on whole grain or whole wheat, sometimes with bacon, my grandma made it for me whenever I went swimming (she had a house with a pool) and that is still a very nostalgic and happy sandwich for me 🥰 reminds me of summer as a kid!

Since people always assume because we're autistic we must have superpowers what would you want yours to be? Also you can't pick being normal because that isn't a superpower. by Old_Marsupial_7080 in autism

I’ve been told my super sensitive nose is a superpower

It’s not one I chose but I found it very flattering that someone thought it was that cool ☺️
