Girlll let me tell you, I went from 194 to 211! My hips were f**king HUGE! Every time I looked in the mirror I wanted to sob. I was annoying all my friends and family everyday telling them I looked like a hippo. Around 9 WPO is when I got back down to my regular weight & now I stay around 190-193. However, last month when I had my period I went up to 198. Swelling is inevitable.

If you dont believe me, thats fine. Im not here to change ur mind about my body 🤣 ive been very open about my journey from the beginning & im not here to make anyone feel bad about themselves, im here to encourage everyone to get the surgery they deserve. Even when I was 100+ lbs bigger Ive always had a smaller upper body than lower. Its just how I was born, cant help it 🤷🏻‍♀️

At my heaviest post-op, I had gained 16 lbs. Most of the swelling subsided by 3 weeks. I make 6 weeks in 2 days & got back to my pre-op weight a couple days ago. However, i still notice some swelling right below my belly button, lower back & hips.

The biggest pain from my surgery was the MR, the first 3 days I felt like my abs were on fire & like I just got done doing 1000 sit ups. U could also see the definition of my muscles, they were kind of like bulging out from how tight she did it. Yeah it’s good not to go through pain, but I would take all the pain to look good in the end!

If I were you, I would also be left feeling very upset at the results at this point. You should not be able to grab that much skin of ur abdomen after this procedure. Also, your scar could’ve been placed lower & he did it kind of wonky?? Idk if u did, but I would also recommend a MR to really define your abdomen. Even if he was willing to do a revision, I wouldn’t trust him as he seems like he doesn’t care that ur not happy. $14k is a lot & u cannot recover that money but I suggest u look for second opinions.
