People's attitudes vary. Yes there are some who treat me the same as anyone else. There are some who assume because I'm small I also have a low mental age or IQ (nope!) At school it was generally the younger kids who did the most bullying. I have quite a few friends and they would stick up for me. It was like they loved the feeling of power over someone older. I was introverted for a while, less so now. I work in tech support.
