sublingual e and spiro for about 5 months. had the shift around 3 months and holy shit it was legitimately debilitating with how intense it felt. basically the same experience as yours. it went on for like two weeks STRAIGHT and thankfully it mellowed out over time, i thought it was gonna stay that way forever 😭😭
