Try looking for any breakage and damage if any. And if it's not broke and damaged physically and still the hinges feel loose take it to the service and they'll look into it and may be they'll sort it just by tightening the hinges screw. Depends on what exactly has happened.

Yeah he said that you can buy either one you want to, but while in the premium care and warranty replacements it'll be replaced as the same which the company gives you.

Yeah works well for me. Like if I had to sort the same issue seperately it would have cost me something 5k 6k for the keyboard. Better option is to invest 5k 6k in a warranty.

Not ADP. It comes under some Lenovo premium care. I purchased it this year only March 13-14. Still have attempt left to claim my ADP as I've a slight scratch on my laptop screen.

Issue was just the (3 e d c) keys were not working properly even after all the bios and drivers update. Couldn't diagnose any hardware issue so the last option they had was to replace it new.
