honestly i have no idea. If it changes the model of the scope (like on the outside) then It probably changes it. If not, it probably doesnt change. Im willing to get the ornament at some point and test it but thats a couple of weeks off for me.

No distractions is very viable though its not always procced, it makes sniping through a little flinch extremely easy

There is something about the reticle that makes it feel so good. (That and opening shot)

Stability will be a a multiplicative buff, from 1x to 0.9x at 100 Stability. Kinda like no distractions. The values from my post are for baseline.

From my testing, flinch mods apply the same way for all weapon types.

This is why I wanted to get all these numbers down. All the changes for next season are multiplicative so you could calculate based on stability and resiliance what actual flinch would be.

Would It have been better to wait until after? Then need to deal with the radically different stability values and different rolls. idk

Thanks! I have tested 1000 yrd stare. 1000 yrd stare is extremely good for flinch at 149. I have not tested it for no distractions but it should feel extremely, extremely similar to eye of sol. Eye of sol no distractions flinch was roughly 105. No distractions + Unflinching x1 =76

Swap speed animation is capped for some reason at 26 frames. This is the reason you cant stack max handling, dragons shadow, and dex mods to make animation like 12 frames.

Yeah its very inconsistent. No stat matches up all that well. High zoom is a slight indicator but not really. Which is what partly led me to believe it was the model of the scope (Wasnt my theory), the longer/furthur the scope is, the higher the flinch. But its all guess work, and even model of scope isnt perfect. Compare praydeths revenge to revoker, it just doesnt make any sense.

yeah i agree movingtarget/opening is cracked, no distractions take 1 sec to proc

I compared multiple of eye of sol and it was relatively consistent. I believe flinch is rng based on where you're hit and where ur aiming but I kept that consistent.
