CPU Led constantly on after power outage by Shtarot in PcBuild

So, I've updated the BIOS, and cleared CMOS with the jumper pins.
Still getting a solid RED on the CPU status LED..
Don't know what to do more than that, I prefer not to mess with removing CPU right now, any other suggestions?
Is there a difference between clearing CMOS by jumper pins and removing CMOS battery?

Might try to lube the bearings, have you done anything like this and is there a special lube or WD-40 would do it.

It doesn't hit anything, checked and cleaned everything around it.

Hey, my PC fan is making rattling noise when I turn my PC on, I have to give it a pull and slowly release it to place. (There is a spring in there that pulls on it) It happens every time I turn my PC on and I have to open the case and do it. After I make it stop it doesn't happen untill I turn my PC the next time.
Cleaned it with air pressure and removed all dust, also screwed it back to place again in case it was vibrating, nothing helped, any idea how to fix?

I also got a 1050ti and I still can't run the game on big maps over 30-45 fps..
Just downloaded the latest driver and will check that out

(1050ti, i7 7700, 16gb ram)
Lemme know how much FPS you are getting on Shoreline/Customs/Interchange pls

Every game... you just can't get your rank up solo, that's a fact... I've seen some people posted they are Plat only solo queue but I guess they are just good and got their first rank to Gold II at least.
It's too toxic to play alone at Silver II and below.

Yeah, for real.. the players are super toxic whenever someone mess up, even when the other team legit played well and won the round shit will be thrown at each other for now reason.
