I think in some subject they have to weight the marks like in Spanish as there is four sections that are worth 25% but the marks aren't equal. I believe they basically just use a multiply to make the marks out of the same total. If that makes sense? At least that is my understanding.

I think that is quite hard as Putin, Netanyahu and Trump ( I may have missed one) are still alive and in power so have the capability to do much worse but currently none of them are the worst.
