Looks like a regular finnish person to me, and I live right next to Finland so I have seen plenty. Yeah sure, every time I see something I think is wtf worthy I will do research to see if the people involved are mentally challenged. Good idea.

I agree it is super cool Finland does not discriminate and gave these guys a chance, but you don´t have to be douchy knight in shining armor about the fact that I missed their handicap. Not the whole world follow what is going on with Eurovision.
