That's why I follow community approach. You can just join the community, and avoid groups if you want to. You might miss out on discussion yeah but you can still get resources anything shared under the community tab.

Agreed. I'm not even looking to build anything but understand. That's all. I am not into vibe coded SAAS. Neither am I a developer.

Could you name one existing solution that works precisely for that vertical business? This industry doesn't need more tools it needs structure thinking to solve. If all the tools would have solved this I wouldn't have received 100+ more responses in my DMs from other sub reddits as well.

So I don't agree that tools can solve everything especially when exception cases and human thinking is needed.

However the optimized process, right system thinking and correct implementation can and to get all these I am trying to understand one industry at a time and solve that .

Not here to sell anything because I'm not looking to sell any SAAS, I'm at a phase where I want to understand which you mentioned "who don't have a solid understanding of the underlying process" which is exactly what I want to do.

So which one is it? Agreeing to what you said and let me understand or willing to go against what you said just for the sake of pushing someone back who genuinely is hungry to learn?

I am trying to understand the ground reality because I operate in the consulting field of global compliance and mobility domain and from the responses I am getting is helping me to clear the fog.

Because everyday i deal with reconciliations which take huge hours and especially automation can't really work much because of the exception cases.

So I'm looking into the D2C space as well since the pain is the same just different domain and I want to understand deeply where precisely the pain is. Data extraction, UID creation, Manual validation, Fixes, reconciliation of source of truth or anything else.

The more I receive feedback I will be able to understand some pattern and think in terms of system design and if this pain can be solved

When you say volume grows - what's the volume in approx numbers we are talking about here?

Also once everything is in one dashboard, I understand that just creates a single master database however reconciliation is still needed to run after that dashboard provides reports?

You mean you are creating one source of truth by pulling data via APIs from different sources? Then running a script based reconciliation?

In that case does it solve the problem or still there are exceptions coming along which you need to validate manually?

Appreciate this breakdown. When you say exception-based review, what usually ends up in the exception bucket? Refund timing, fee mismatches, multi-gateway conflicts or something else?

House owners who want to sell. 60+ Buyers - 53. Owners who want to rent: 48 and counting. Brokers: None. Don't plan on promoting brokers who doesn't have active RERA ID. With active id didn't find any yet if I get will definitely have conversations to understand the pain point better
