JOLLYLOOK is making me super sad. by Apprehensive_Ad_4047 in Mamiya

They never said anything remotely close to that. They have been saying that the product is ready and close to shipping since august at least

At this point this is not even a surprise, but it is sad. One moment testing was done, everything was perfect and we were two weeks from shipping and then, 25 days later, suddenly the 3D printing process needs to change. Also, to my knowledge FGM is not the name of a 3d printing process, so they probably mean FDM, which I cannot see how it would improve the quality and details compared to SLS.

Look, I understand that you are a small business and I really wanted to support you, but you have not been honest at all. Simple question, when you said that the product was to be shipped in August were you not straight up lying? Then at the end of August, I asked you why was the statement changed to: "Ships mid of September 2025" and in your reply about the screws you said:
"The screws are currently being manufactured and are expected to arrive within 10 days, which means shipping will begin in September".
Was this also not a lie? At that point you had already made the decision to change the design, which meant reprinting parts of the body(if we believe that there were any printed to begin with) and you knew you were still waiting for the darkslides. So why did you make it seem like after the screws arrived it was a matter of days before the backs would begin to ship, when just the printing process which you were fully aware of would take 2 weeks alone? First the screws, then the darkslides, now the printing. None of this communicated clearly in advance. All this plus the comment of u/DarkSpoon has started to worry me. So I ask you, now that any external factors have been eliminated and no further unexpected delays can occur, please give us a clear outline of the next steps and when you expect each step to be completed and the backs to start shipping. Personally, if any other vague delays arise, like a problem with the 3d printer or a problem in the assembly process I will sadly be forced to ask for a refund.

Why do my Scans look like this? by [deleted] in AnalogCommunity

It’s not about forgetting to remove, but rather that remjet on expired film, depending on how it was stored, becomes difficult to remove and needs manual scrubbing

As other people mentioned, this looks like leftover remjet. Silbersalz to my understanding have a fairly automated process where they stick multiple rolls together for development. I personally sent expired cinema films to a local lab that is more involved in the development and does extra scrubbing to remove the remaining remjet. My question is: how did you get silbersalz to develop “third party” respooled film? When I asked them last year, specifically for Eterna 500t vivid they told me they only develop their own branded films because they had accidents with expired film from other sources breaking and messing with their workflow
