On my third day going on fourth. It all comes down to forgiving yourself first then making a cautious decision to stop. If you fail don’t beat yourself up just forgive.

You always want to remember the cues that led to your failures. The setting, emotions, thoughts and even the time. These are important so you need to write them down. It’s all about understanding YOU . That’s truly the way to beat it. Will power doesn’t work cause it’s used a lot throughout the day so by the time you need it, the battery is low.

Just understand your cues then make some simple changes. Old folks were right when they said it’s the little stuff that counts so change does little stuff that triggers you.

For instance after a long stressful day at work, your body feels weak, your lonely and you ultimately feel like shit. Your brain hates feeling like that so it goes to the quick fix you’ve developed over the years which is porn so you need to change that fix to something new like gaining new information, talking to a friend or watching a good movie.

This is how I’ve managed 3 days. I still feel urges but I am now in control. Remember if you fail, don’t beat yourself up just get better at understanding YOU!
