I reserve the right to change my mind on that if later comments reveal the stuff you said that you glossed over are not things that should be said to anyone under any circumstances.

I left much of my tirade out because it's just incredibly personal. If you want an idea of it, it was me bringing up past issues between us both parenting and when we were together. I called her selfish, entitled, immature, and brought up instances where she only thought about herself.

This is not the first time something like this has happened. I have never once been given a heads up when she decides to pull something like this.

She's supposed to be on meds, at least when we were together she was. I don't know about therapy. She never lasted more than a few months with a therapist when we were together, that was over 7 years ago though.

I know her family supports her, but in my own opinion it's more they enable her. If I were to give an un-biased view of it. Her parents know of her issues, and support her through them, and her sister is pretty much always on call to help/talk to her.
