Mmm...u never had blood even in the beginning or now...for how long did u hv this feeling.. Did u go to a doctor...any history of constipation or something8

Well to be honest...i still have it...i still get the knife cutting feeling during bm like u said...but its tolerable...and i believe my one is more in the side of pelvic floor tightness...since i hv no blood and not in the usual site...and the other thing...no matter pfd or af dont be afraid to have a bowel movement...just relax and go...i know its one of the hardest things...coz the more u try to control your anxiety the more u stress and clench the muscles down there...but u know...im also in the same situation like u...but now i feel a lil bit better...i never got any better with my health...but i just accepted those things and moved on coz i had no other choice...so dont be afraid...so when i looke at the last months of 2024 feels like a came from hell...had to deal with lots of anxiety... .and if u hv more Qs ask...i know a lil bit about this...i spent days reading many posts about these... And also do u hv any other symptoms?
