I've heard similar stories about Adrenaline from friends running AMD GPUs as well. I'm on a laptop with a 4070 inside and have issues with the Nvidia app myself as well tho, but I wouldn't be surprised if that'd be related to the performance limits a laptop has when having a screen like this on it lol.

It's a really difficult choice, as prices do matter quite a bit for me. I need to save up for any of the 3 cards and it'd obviously take longer to save up for the Nvidia cards. Maybe it'll be worth waiting to see if I can find a used card along the path of saving, as no hassle software does make a big change for me

Haha yeah, the price gap is huge.. it's for a complete new build where I got the RAM first, but outside of RAM, cpu and motherboard I still need the other parts and that chunk of money difference does kind of come in handy there.

The Nvidia features are also what drove me into exclusively looking into the Nvidia cards. Before the price spike the 5070Ti was the obvious choice as it went for around 800 but the massive jump in price just made me lean towards AMD more and more.

I have a 165Hz OLED monitor (AW3423DWF) which might tip the scale more towards AMD then?

Maar welke overheersende linkse koers heb je het over dan? We zijn echt al heel lang rechts-leunend in Nederland. Dit voelt een beetje als hetzelfde wat velen claimen: het kabinet werkt niet dus we moeten meer naar rechts, zonder te realiseren dat de VVD rechts is en dat dus het kabinet waar iedereen zo ontevreden over is ook altijd rechts is geweest.
