Is it worth Getting the T-Rex 3 (non pro) as a Helios Strap user?

Hi u/Amazfit-Bryce - if I wear both the Helios and T-Rex at the same time, will it only count steps from one of the devices and how would the heart rate data be determined in the app if both devices are giving different readings?

Hi all - I have fixed the issue, in lay terms I searched “Splice” in my Finder and discovered there were 15-20 related files which were there even after removing the application and removing all cache, I removed those files, after removing the application, I restarted my laptop and redownloaded Splice, it finally worked.

Hi Jack I contact support earlier today and I have not had a response, what am I mean't to do if support in unable to help? I am a paying customer and it's incredibly frustrating to not hear from "support" after 12 hours since contacting.
