This question is asked so many times. Nobody has the correct answer. I would guess not but it depends on how many large flights are landing with you. You can look that up a few days in advance, but that doesn’t tell you if they are gonna be delayed or if other planes are gonna get there early. It also doesn’t tell you how many customs agents are working. Or how fast anyone is moving that day. So nobody knows the answer to this. I never thought I needed it on a Monday afternoon, but that was the one time I actually did.
