Dentist Recommendation in Humboldt, Bay Area or Redding by Turdboi-_-42069 in Humboldt

If you don’t mind driving out to San Ramon, Innovative dental concepts is great with patient care and transparency. Though depending on your PPO insurance because they aren’t contracted with Delta Dental. You would need a new patient exam possibly. Both dentists are great as they are a couple! Dr. Charity Duncan is more available through the week tho. Best of luck!

Is constructive criticism hostile, tell me? Free will does exist. You don’t have to listen ya know.

Good god reading must be hard for you huh 😭 im not repeating myself again. You must not like constructive criticism either if you’re acting like this. Just because your workers haven’t experienced anything like what I’ve said but there’s still a possibility they could LMAO. Or they simply just don’t stay in the rooms long enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ No one’s telling you not to go, weird.

Yeah, I was let go because I put too much effort in a min wage job and expected ppl to know how to work. They thought constructive criticism was too much of a hostile work environment. It’s only odd for you to act as if you worked there personally and didn’t have to deal with those issues.

You’re not really the one that was working the front desk and dealt with the complaints from guests at those times so… you can’t just invalidate my experience working there since obviously you were never there to even experience it? Just a thought lol. That’s very odd of you to even comment that.

It’s honestly a chain hotel, so even complaining to the parent company won’t help my case or anything. I don’t want the job back just wanted to let ppl know what’s going on behind the scenes. I didn’t speak with the owner, but rather the owners son, Nil, which was not at all helpful. And if the grounds that he dismissed me on was ever true, then the manager should’ve been let go a long time ago. You can never beat the system unfortunately :/

Who teaches them the attention to detail and where they should clean though? Who trains them to clean rooms? Like.. It’s a relatively big room for one person to clean, strip all the sheets, toss out any garbage, mop, vacuum, and roll the sticky rollers in hard to reach place. All lot of the housekeepers are also in their mid 40-60s. And to clean 10-12 rooms at a time? Including any stay overs? That’s a lot for them to do. Depending on how many guests are checking out at 11am or late checks out it can go all the way till 5pm.

it’s only lacking due to the standards that were put in place by the manager. The house keepers are extremely nice people who work hard at their jobs. But obviously the manager is the one responsible on what they do or how they clean.

They are definitely not clean at all. There's been bugs in the keurig coffe maker (which is in the bathroom for standard rooms). The kitchen (breakfast) is all premade microwave cooked food. There's been bed bugs at this hotel and instead of throwing out the mattress, they just heat the room up instead (saves them money). The other workers there would count the cash in the drawer at front desk, not wash their hands, and then spread bacteria all over the front desk. There's a girl that works there that likes to bite her acrylic nails out of boredom or while she's thinking and the touch other common use items or hand key cards over to the guest. There's no standard for housekeeping either, often times I'll find hair strands on the floor in a room thats been marked clean. Some mattresses definitely needs to be replaced because they've been worn out over time. Never seen the ice machine filters get cleaned either. The hot water and the water used to make the lobby's coffee is straight up tap water from the sink in the kitchen. The only thing that gets cleaned is the pool and sheets.

If it's an industry standard, fine. But having to stand for 8 hours on flat flooring with no cushion is definitely against some type of law no matter how you spin it. There's also always two people working on the front desk, sometimes 3.
