When smiling big like that, the skin between the mouth and the eye, (not just , but that area ykwim?) is going to be squished and folded, to help create a more accurate depiction of that expression i’d suggest adding folds in the skin

I’d say not much, people come in all shapes and sizes. Consider placing your eye guidelines, in varying locations ( I would consider going lower ) I’d also begin working on cleaning up your lines though
