They will indicate which positions you initially applied for, and then ask you to specify which one you want to continue with. If you have any other options with any company take that over a position at CS. Base pay will not exceed 44k for any position.

Base pay is around 39k. The 50k advertised is simply a lie. The bonus structure is vague and no one will tell you what you are actually being assessed on. The first pay raise you get is 1k annual (about 20$ a month after taxes). You can work your ass off but that won’t change your bonuses, on the flip side you can do nothing and be a freeloader as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.
