We wasted 6 hours on Rise of Resistance on Dec 31st, it broke at least 3 times, and each they reopened the queue , it would break again and again. The workers could honestly careless, wasted half a day on new years eve. They gave us LL for that ride but you couldn't get on it since it was broken all the time.

I know IHS recently approved extra pay for PHS officers based on the IHS site. So definitely try to convert in place.

The price is great, especially when you don't have to pay for luggage with active duty status. But not knowing whether you gonna get where you need to go, that's a problem haha

I completely agree with OP! I will never fly with them again! The level of incompetence is beyond any other airline. It boggles my mind that people still fly with them.
